Why does camera shopping have to be so difficult? Is it because I don’t like the changes that are happening to the digital cameras? Or because I love the camera I have and wouldn’t be shopping for one had sand not of gotten in it. I don’t think of me as being to picky, but I really would like one that is a medium size (not the size of a credit card and not the huge ones where you can put different lenses on it, but one you could put in your purse or in your pocket if you were on a filed trip, but still had something to hold) and didn’t use AA size batteries. We had one that took AA’s before and while it was nice if we were on a vacation and ran out of battery life, we could stop anywhere and get new batteries. The only thing was the battery life on them didn’t last nearly as long as the battery my Sony camera has.
I just wish I knew what to do. I’ve looked at a few stores and I just can’t find anything I love. I just wish I could remember wish camera it was that had the battery like Sony… was it the Nikon or the Canon camera?
So here is the question to my readers… what kind of digital camera do you have? What is your favorite feature on it? Is there something you wish it would of had that it doesn’t? Would you recommend it to a friend or family member?
I have a “friend” ( guess you could say an acquaintance since we have never met and have only talked online) who owns a vacation rentaldown in the Orlando area. On facebook he asked a question and I just thought I would ask my loyal readers as well.
When you are looking for a vacation rental (House with a garage), what would mean the most to you? Having the garage be a real garage where you could park your vehicle inside instead of just parking it in the driveway? OR would you rather have the garage made into a game room? Have some garage flooring work done so it doesn’t look like a normal garage floor along with a pool table, Foosball table and whatever else games they would put in a game room?
I know for me I personally would rather use the garage as a garage, but maybe that’s because my kids are to young to play pool & foosball?
So what would you rather have? The garage or the game room?
Last year for Christmas I was debating on getting the kids a Wii. We ended up passing on it and I remember thinking next year that would more than likely be their big Christmas present. Kevin a couple years ago had so much fun with my Sega Genesis until it went kaput on us. I swear he thought it was a Wii anyways because every time Sonic jumped, so did Kevin. It was actually quite cute. My thought was at least with the Wii you move around and they would get some sort of exercise, even though playing outside would be a lot better, but since I’m not a winter person we tend to be inside most of the winter.
I’ll never forget so many people buying the Wii last year and the year prior, but since then I haven’t ever heard people talking about it anymore. Was it just a fad and now they are on to a different system like the PS3, of course for all I know that could be older than the Wii.
Were you one of those who bought the Wii? Do you still play it? Or is it stashed away? Would you recommend it one someone who doesn’t have any game system at all? Or which gaming system would you recommend for a 3 & 5 (going to be 4 & 6 this month and next month)?
